Hyundai has always been known for offering top-notch value in its vehicles. Now, the 2018 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid’s value has increase for the new year with the addition of some new standard features – and a $500 starting price reduction.
For the 2018 model year, you will notice a few changes to the Sonata Hybrid. Blind Spot Detection with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert now comes standard, while other features like Forward Collision Warning with Automatic Emergency Braking and Lane Departure Warning with Lane Keep Assist are now available.
Other available features include additional USB charging ports, wireless charging, a heated steering wheel, and bi-function LED headlights. The Limited trim also now comes with a panoramic sunroof.
One of the most notable changes, though – beyond the hybrid’s value – is its redesign. Its front fascia has new sheet metal that has allowed the Sonata Hybrid to incorporate the new Hyundai signature cascading grille, while the rear end now mirrors a sleeker, more coupe-like silhouette. The alloy wheels have also been redesigned, along with its distinctive head- and taillights.
Inside, an updated center stack and instrument cluster is more modern, while the steering wheel has a sportier look thanks to its three-spoke, leather-wrapped design.
The 2018 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid is now available at dealerships across the nation, including Hyundai of Longview.
